    Dear Kaye, Sian and Sonya

I’m a Sheffield student heading in to my forth year of Creative Art Practices where I am developing becoming a food artist. I specialise in food casting and have recently been experimenting using these skills in dining environments.
As part of my course I have the opportunity to undergo a placement, and I was wondering whether it would be possible to work with you for a period of time on a future event.
I’m open to learning new skills and am very passionate about food, dining and public interactions.
Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Many Thanks
    Emma McLean
